‎So avoid using the word ‘very’ because it’s lazy. A man is not very tired, he is exhausted. Don’t use very sad, use morose. Language was invented for one reason, boys - to woo women - and, in that endeavor, laziness will not do. It also won’t do in your essays.”—Dead Poets Society (the book)

New trailer for The Great Gatsby directed by Baz Luhrmann and starring Leo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire. In theaters Dec. 25.

I could not be more excited for this film. Ever since I heard Baz Luhrmann was making it I have been eagerly anticipating, especially because the casting is so great. It looks like it’s going to have its fair share of Gatsby decadence and hopefully Luhrmann’s signature style will breath some originality into this adaptation of one of my most beloved favorites. The only thing I find appalling is that this will be in 3D. Cue eye roll.

You guys excited?

I can feel the Baz Luhrmann in the trailer already.
I. am. so. excited.  omgomg

James McAvoy on the ending of Atonement

HAHAHA
what happy ending? oh the fictitious happy ending

“If you’re comfortable with yourself, then it’s sexy. Maybe people think I look sexy because I feel sexy. I am a very liberated person that way. I’m very comfortable with my sexuality, my body, my face - well, sometimes I’m not comfortable with my face, but it’s stuck there and there’s nothing I can do about it.”
